Exercise is a key component to losing weight. This group of beginning exercise videos will help start you on your way to losing weight. As part of the chocolate diet, we still say just make sure you at least take 10,000 steps every day, but more exercise will help you lose weight faster and better. This Chest Press Exercise is next in this series of beginning exercises.

We'll be getting to more strenuous exercises soon, but we all know we need to begin slow. So for now, just follow along. Do the exercise from day one and keep adding one every day.
