Exercise is a key component to losing weight. This group of stretch videos will make sure you are limber and that you are less likely to hurt yourself as you ease your way into these exercises. As part of the chocolate diet, we say to just make sure you at least take 10,000 steps every day, but more exercise will help you lose weight faster and better. This is number next in a series of stretch exercises.

We'll be getting to more strenuous exercise soon, but we all know we need to begin slow. So for now, just follow along. Do the exercise from day one and keep adding one every day.
