Exercise is a key component to losing weight. As part of the chocolate diet, we say to just make sure you at least take 10,000 steps every day (Jumping Jacks can also be part of your step count), but more exercise will help you lose weight faster and better. Here is number next of a series of warm up exercises. We'll be getting to the more exercise portion soon, but we all know you need to begin slow. So for now, just follow along.
